Intelligence or AI is pervading our lives, and invading the patent
offices across the world. The speaker, André Nickel, will explain the
established case law on computer-implemented inventions at the EPO, and
how this relates to inventions involving AI He will address similarities
and differences of EPO AI current practices to those at the United
States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and China National

André Nickel specialises in patent law, particularly in the fields of software, information technology, AI, consumer electronics, automation technology, and electromobility.
