Equalize is a virtual mentor program and pitch competition designed to take national action around the disparity of women academic inventors forming university startups. WIN serves faculty, graduate students, and Oregon entrepreneurs throughout the process of discovery and creative activity — encouraging innovation and economic development through strategic partnering, technology transfer initiatives, and philanthropy.
