Peter Lando, Lando and Anastasi, LLP

Tavish M. Brown, Hirsch Robert Weinstein LLP

Tavish Brown in an experienced litigator and employment counselor at Hirsch Robert Weinstein LLP. Tavish represents and advises clients on a range of employment, shareholder, and business-related matters. His practice focuses on a variety of employment and business-related matters including non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, restrictive covenant litigation, protection of corporate and proprietary information, intellectual property, and trade secret litigation. He has significant litigation experience in state and federal courts, and in regulatory and arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining HRW, Tavish was a commercial litigation associate at a boutique business law firm in Manchester, New Hampshire.

 Andrea B. Reed, Lando & Anastasi, LLP

Andrea Reed is Of Counsel at Lando & Anastasi, LLP, where she represents clients in patent infringement, trademark infringement, and other complex intellectual property litigation. She counsels clients in a variety of industries, including petrochemical, biotechnology, food technology, medical devices, and consumer products, through all stages of litigation. Additionally, she advises on IP agreement enforceability, breach, termination, risk analysis, and related business considerations. Andrea has represented clients in Federal District Courts throughout the country and on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also has experience working with mediators and negotiating technology license and settlement agreements.
