LES Silicon Valley 21st Annual Chapter Conference
"The Silicon Valley Deal Machine"

Thursday, April 17, 2025

7:30 am - 6:00 pm
at
Computer History Museum
1401 Shoreline Blvd.
Mountain View, CA 94043

Cost: $250

The Silicon Valley Deal Machine encapsulates the ecosystem that catalyzes innovation through intellectual property (IP), fueling transformative technologies and economic growth. Silicon Valley remains a critical engine for IP-intensive industries that contribute $7.8 trillion to the U.S. GDP—41% of the total—and support over 44% of U.S. employment, (USPTO IP Economic Report, 2019).

LES-SVC’s 21st Annual Chapter Conference celebrates Silicon Valley’s unparalleled legacy while addressing the cutting-edge trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of innovation and IP deal-making. This full day event will convene leading innovators, entrepreneurs, and dealmakers (e.g., investors, legal, M&A, and corporate executives).

Discussions will highlight trends shaping innovation/IP deal-making and explore strategies to sustain its impact through R&D, licensing trends, technology transfer, and multilateral deal-making across key sectors like AI, semiconductors, advanced materials, biotechnology, autonomous vehicles, photonics and electronics, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and quantum computing.

Key Audience Takeaways:

  • Gain insights into cutting-edge licensing trends and practices in IP-impactful industries.
  • Learn strategies for scaling IP-driven startups / spinouts, attracting funding, and driving global technology adoption.
  • Build meaningful connections with a diverse network of innovation and IP deal makers.

We are excited to bring you our 21st Annual Chapter Conference and look forward to you being a part of the Silicon Valley Deal Machine!
