This session will identify the top 10 court decisions of the past year affecting licensing and the impact these decisions may have on the drafting and negotiating of patent license agreements. This presentation is standing room only at the LES Annual Meeting year after year.

Russell Levine, Partner, Kirkland & Ellis, LLP Russell is a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he has spent his entire 38+ year career. He focuses his trial (jury, bench, and ITC), appellate (Federal Circuit), and alternative dispute resolution practice on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation matters, and disputes involving and related to technology transfer and patent license agreements. His technology transfer and licensing practice includes structuring and negotiating both licensing-in and licensing-out transactions.
