The LES2021 Annual Meeting is focused on Reimagining the Future. As we move away from the challenges of 2020, we are beginning to imagine what the new future looks like. The LES 2021 Annual Meeting attendees will gain insights on effective ways to acquire, protect, and monetize intellectual property in the post Covid-19 age. LES Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by August 26, 2021.  A refund of all fees, minus a $100 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.  No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after August 26, 2021.

Submit all requests to LES Meetings Registration via email at meetings@les.org.  LES regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.  All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than 30 days prior to the start of the meeting.  After that time, no refund considerations will be made.

A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to meetings@les.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another meeting.  Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT:

By registering for this event, you permit LES to use photographs of you with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

EMAIL CONSENT:

By registering for this event, you permit LES and its chapters to use your email address to communicate with you regarding LES events and their other services. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from these communications going forward.
