                |  | Amit Garg, Vice President Partnerships and Acquisitions, IPValue Management As VP, Partnerships at IPValue, Amit fosters the strategic relationships that make IPValue unique in the licensing business. He designs and executes strategies related to partnership structures, patent acquisitions and IP monetization. He has helped IPValue secure partnerships with recognized innovators such as Intel, Cypress Semiconductor and NXP. Amit also leads the IPValue team licensing the portfolio of Longitude Flash Memory Systems (LFMS), which holds a fundamental set of memory patents acquired from Cypress Semiconductor. Amit has served in a variety of licensing operations and partner management roles at IPValue, licensing portfolios for companies such as Xerox, Micron, NXP, Cypress Semiconductor, and Infineon. Before joining IPValue, Amit worked for the management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, serving clients in the Hi-Tech, Telecom, and Corporate Finance sectors. Before that, he served management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton and IT consulting firm Computer Sciences Corporation. Prior to consulting, Amit worked in the Hi-Tech industry as a software engineer and product manager. At Spyglass, he was responsible for delivering the world’s first commercial Internet browser (Enhanced Mosaic/Microsoft’s Internet Explorer) and WWW/HTTP servers. Amit holds an MBA from the Wharton Business School and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.

 | Adam Khan, Founder and CTO, AKHAN Semiconductor, Inc.Adam has authored several patents and technical publications, and is also a frequent speaker on Diamond Semiconductor & Clean Technology. As a result of his award-winning research, which he began as an electrical engineering student at age 19, Adam is the inventor of the Miraj Diamond® Platform. Adam has also served as a speaker and expert witness to a variety of Federal bodies, including the U.S. House Space, Science, & Technology Committee and the U.S. Department of Energy. Additionally, his work was recognized and individually honored by the United States Congress in the 114th Congressional Records & Proceedings. Adam’s professional affiliations include the Materials Research Society, Board of Directors for the Chicago Council on Science and Technology, and the U.S. Council on Competitiveness. Adam earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the University of Illinois Chicago, before pursuing graduate research at the Stanford University Nanofabrication Facility. He has been everything from a CleanTech Open Midwest Innovation Summit winner, a Forbes 30 Under 30, to a Modern Day Nikola Tesla in the International Documentary Film ‘Tesla’s Children’ (2016).

 | Subroto Bose, Assistant General Counsel IP Strategy and Development, Marvell TechnologySubroto is Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property at Marvell Semiconductor, where he manages Marvell’s global patent and trademark portfolio, invention harvesting, and patent strategy. Prior to joining Marvell, Subroto was Senior Director, Global Patent Strategy and IP Operations at Dolby Laboratories, where he managed Dolby’s global patent and trademark portfolio, European patent prosecution, patent acquisitions, and global IP operations. He also advises on patent issues in corporate transactions, open-source issues, and issues related to standard setting organizations and standard essential patents. Subroto’s prior experience includes working at a number of law firms, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants before the International Trade Commission (ITC) and federal district courts.

                        and monetizing matters. Previously, Michael was responsible for strategic business development, including sales, acquisitions, and licensing for the IP Licensing group at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Previously, Michael held
                        executive leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) including HPE, Intellectual Ventures (IV), IPotential, and an IP transaction data services startup that he co-founded. Since 2009, Michael has been recognized by Intellectual
                        Asset Management (IAM) Magazine in their IAM 300 rankings as one of the “World’s Leading Intellectual Property Strategists”. He is a frequent speaker at Tech/IP industry events in the US, Europe, and Asia, and has delivered IP
                        management seminars at Stanford University.
