Join us for an insightful evening featuring distinguished speakers and networking opportunities: - Opening Remarks by Mr. Konstantinos Georgaras, Commissioner of Patents, Registrar of Trademarks and Chief Executive Officer Canadian Intellectual Property Office.

Mr. Georgaras is the CEO of the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO).
In this role, Mr. Georgaras provides strategic direction and leadership
to CIPO and ensures the provision of world-class intellectual property
(IP) services by granting IP rights and providing IP awareness and
information. He also represents CIPO and Canada's interests, both
nationally and internationally. | 
| Russell Levine, Partner, Kirkland & Ellis, LLPRussell is a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he has spent his entire 38+ year career. He focuses his trial (jury, bench, and ITC), appellate (Federal Circuit), and alternative dispute resolution practice on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation matters, and disputes involving and related to technology transfer and patent license agreements. His technology transfer and licensing practice includes structuring and negotiating both licensing-in and licensing-out transactions. |
