Welcome to the LES Minnesota Chapter

The mission of the Minnesota Chapter of Licensing Executives Society is to serve chapter members (i) by supporting their professional development activities to maintain and improve their knowledge of current and emerging practices related to technology licensing, such as the methods to enforce, monetize or commercialize intellectual property rights, to obtain licenses necessary to carry on a business, or to develop, manage and utilize intellectual assets, and (ii) by promoting their skills, knowledge and experience to enhance their professional reputation and status.

To maintain an active and vibrant professional organization that is useful to the members, the chapter will regularly:

• sponsor unique and informative educational seminars,
• convey to members information specifically affecting the enforcement, monetization or commercialization of intellectual property rights in Minnesota or by Minnesota-based businesses
• host networking and other activities to promote members and their experiences, and
• provide opportunities for leadership in the chapter and broader LES groups.
