In honor of the Bayh-Dole Act's 40th Birthday, this panel will explore its overall impact on industry-government-university relationships, discuss its application to new and emerging technology, and ponder what improvements or overhauls are necessary to keep it relevant in the future. *Please note, this is a joint panel submission between IUGI and YMC. We also have commitments from YMC Members Dustin Lee (University of Maryland) and Mike Perlman (Director, Innovations and External Relations at Janelia Research Campus, HHMI) to speak.
