The NFL Players' Association Executive Director DeMaurice Smith, and past President, elected from among the players, Eric Winston, will share with us their experiences with a different kind of intangible property licensing - personality and image. The NFL PA is at the forefront of generating revenue collectively from the licensing of athletes' image and personality. De and Eric will share war stories and strategies by which they've opened substantial new revenue streams for professional athletes. Their presentation will be followed by a roundtable discussion with several LES members comparing image licensing and technology licensing, and lessons we might learn from each other.
