is the second of the five webinars discussing the LASSO framework. In
it, Pete Canalichio will focus on what makes a brand Addictive (the A in
LASSO). Pete will discuss how you measure addictiveness, what does
being addictive do for a brand, and then look at several case studies of
brands that have a high level of addictiveness. These include Pokémon
Go, Winnie the Pooh and Star Wars. We will then look at the Fogg
Behavior model, how it relates to addictiveness and how we can use it to
affect people’s behavior. Finally, Pete will provide key takeaways that
will help in the decision-making process going forward and how to
measure a brand’s addictiveness based on the LASSO Model.
