A LES-SVC Dual Celebration: Emerging from the Pandemic, and Larry Udell’s 90th Birthday! Welcome to our first in-person gathering since January 2020! Join us in the outdoor courtyard of the Crowne Plaza, Palo Alto for a live event highlighting the LES-Silicon Valley Chapter throughout the decades, as well as the 90th birthday of our Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Larry Udell. Chapter Chair Ron Laurie will host an armchair discussion with Larry, taking a look back at founding the chapter (in 2000), major chapter milestones/events over the years, our plans for the future, and Larry’s (and Ron’s) perspectives on what’s changed (and what hasn’t) over the decades in Silicon Valley. We will eat, drink, and be merry with heavy hors-d’oeuvres (courtesy of LES-SVC) and a cash bar. Please join us to learn, reminisce, celebrate, see old friends, and make new ones … all live and in person! Date: July [TBD], 2021 Time: [TBD] Location: Crowne Plaza, Palo Alto (outdoor courtyard) RSVP here: [TBD] By joining this event, you assume the risk of attendance, and responsibility for managing your own health. Using Your IP to Raise Capital” Wednesday, February 26, 2019 Location: KPMG, Santa Clara, CA 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Registration & Networking Lunch 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Program PRESENTATION PROGRAM: Entrepreneurial companies, both large and small, are often looking to raise additional capital to fund expansion or to cover operating costs while they build out their products.
